Grade Center columns can be organized so they are presented in the order you desire so they are clear to students.


Drag and Drop Method


  • From the Control Panel
  • Select Grade Center
  • Select Full Grade Center
  • Select Manage
  • Select Column Organization
  • Locate the grade column you want to move
  • Select the Cross Arrows next to the grade column item
  • Continue to hold the mouse button down and drag the item up or down to place it where you want the item located
  • When the item is where you want it, Let Go of the mouse button
  • Repeat steps above to move additional columns
  • Select Submit when finished organizing (located at the top or bottom of the list)
    • Important Note: If don’t select Submit your changes will not process.

Keyboard Method


  • From the Control Panel
  • Select Grade Center
  • Select Full Grade Center
  • Select Manage
  • Select Column Organization
  • Select the Up/Down Arrows button Up/Down Arrows icon (located above Points Possible column)
  • The Reorder Columns menu appears
    • Select a Grade Column
    • Use the up and down arrows in the menu to relocated the selected column
    • Repeat steps above to move additional columns
    • Select Apply when finished moving columns
      Note: Unfortunately, you cannot select more than one grade column at a time to move.
  • Select Submit when finished organizing (located at the top or bottom of the list)
    • Important Note: If don’t select Submit your changes will not process.
