Grades can be entered in the Grade Center through, any Grade Center cell, or from any Grade Details page.

  • From the Control Panel
  • Select Grade Center
  • Select Full Grade Center

Using Grade Center Cell

  • Navigate to the grade column you want to grade
  • Select the desired cell
  • Enter the grade value in the cell field
  • Select Enter on the keyboard to move to the next cell
Note: If Enter is not pressed, and the user attempts to exit the cell or Grade Center, a dialog box will appear asking if the user would like to save the grade entry.  If so, in the dialog box, select OK to save the grade or Cancel to not save the grade.

Note: Grades entered via cell are considered override grades, meaning whatever grade is entered in the cell will replace whatever grade was given previously.
